We produce a multitude of assemblies, metal brackets, tube and sheet metal barriers, tube and wire frame barriers and many other metal parts for this industry. As a full service metal fabrication company dedicated to this market, we have made substantial investments to bring high quality products to our clients. We understand that fit, form and function are key components of quality automotive aftermarket parts and have invested in state-of-the-art equipment to hold tight tolerances and also to verify that those tolerances are met before the parts leave each area of our 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
Automotive Aftermarket and automotive brackets in general are created in all sizes and materials. A36 steel plate is a common material used for many automotive industrial brackets. Our case study library includes automotive aftermarket brackets and parts using 3/16" thick A36 steel plate which we laser cut, then CNC Form, powder coat, pack and ship. We produce short runs of 500 to 1,000 or more at a time and up to 2,000,000 a year with weekly releases of each part. Since A36 is a highly welded material, we have other parts are laser cut, cnc formed, welded, powder coated and ship across the United States, Canada & Mexico.
